What
I've been doing recently:
TRAILS
END, DRIPPING SPRINGS
Have I got a great property for you–check
out Trails
End by Austin City Homes, a mid-century Eichler-style modern secluded
on five acres in Dripping Springs. 13100 Trails End was inspired by the
Eichler homes built in the 50’s and 60’s in California, designed
by A. Quincy Jones. This home captures the mid-century spirit through
floor-to-ceiling glass and six-foot overhangs. Email
me to see this property.
Trail's End is a 3325 square-foot residence with detached 640 square-foot
guest house in Dripping Springs. The house and guest house are sited
to create a courtyard with views to the Hill Country. The house has a
largely open plan, with numerous windows and sliding doors to take advantage
of views and breezes. The project is intended for low-maintenance living
and a direct connection to nature.
