What I've been doing recently:

TRAILS END, DRIPPING SPRINGS
Have I got a great property for you–check out Trails End by Austin City Homes, a mid-century Eichler-style modern secluded on five acres in Dripping Springs. 13100 Trails End was inspired by the Eichler homes built in the 50’s and 60’s in California, designed by A. Quincy Jones. This home captures the mid-century spirit through floor-to-ceiling glass and six-foot overhangs. Email me to see this property.

Trail's End is a 3325 square-foot residence with detached 640 square-foot guest house in Dripping Springs. The house and guest house are sited to create a courtyard with views to the Hill Country. The house has a largely open plan, with numerous windows and sliding doors to take advantage of views and breezes. The project is intended for low-maintenance living and a direct connection to nature.

PRE-2005 . . .
October is start a new project month. Well, actually every month is. Renovated a 1981 sailboat, The KitttyKittty.

Adopted Maddie Girl and made her a house over the holidays (December 02).

Going camping near poison ivy? I admit it, I've gotten the itchies on my butt! Icky music festival porta-pots?? When nature calls for women–learn to pee standing! The most useful thing I've picked up in years.

Working on Nick's 1983 bus remodel, the Bonnie Lass, aka "Skoolie." A fun project and lovely home away from home . . . (April 02 to June 03).

And a quicktime movie, flying with Knut! (8mb). Trying to learn, but it's definitely a challenge.

I like to design websites, and I won't charge an arm and a leg.
